Randall’s gives flu shots to youth home

Randall’s Pharmacy in Lake Jackson has provided free flu shots for teens residing at the Brazoria County Youth Homes. The pharmacy has been providing medication to help the youth home staff maintain running counts of medications as required by the Child Protective Services licensing department.
The homes provide residential care and services for up to 29 people between 13 and 18 years old who are experiencing behavioral and emotional challenges due to abandonment, abuse or neglect. Brazoria County Youth Homes, a United Way Agency, is a program of the Children’s Center and works with community resources to meet the individual needs of each child.
